Or maybe it's fear. If you think it's fear, sometimes you can get them to be working on their own self development. If they are willing to do that, then they may have potential that you can help draw out. You also have to consider YOUR time. You still have to build your organization, sponsor more people, work with the leaders you do have.... Bottom line is you can't force people to take action. And most people won't take any. Like, WHY is that person not taking action? Are they lazy? Or maybe it’s fear.

If you think it’s fear, sometimes you can get them to be working on their own self development.

If they are willing to do that, then they may have potential that you can help draw out.

You also have to consider YOUR time. You still have to build your organization, sponsor more people, work with the leaders you do have….

Bottom line is you can’t force people to take action. And most people won’t take any.

I wouldn’t spend too much time on the people who won’t at least try.

You will find the ones that will.
